Bruce is a lifelong resident of Grande Prairie
who owned a small business for 34 years, whose grandfather worked in real estate and who has grandchildren that are the 5th generation of the Little family in Grande Prairie. Bruce and his family have been doing business in Grande Prairie since 1914.
Bruce has been married over 40 years
He and his wife were hugely invested in kids sport, primarily the Grande Prairie Storm where they supported the team, billeted countless players and Bruce was the president for 2 years.
Bruce has a long list of skills he developed from his past experiences and loves, perhaps more than anything to negotiate.
Negotiation skills for a realtor are quite paramount and with his passion for sport, Bruce also learned how to win.
Community Involvement Giving back to the community is important to Bruce. The Little family have four generations in Rotary, including Bruce and his son, David.
Bruce served as president of the GP Chamber of Commerce. To say Bruce is invested in his community is an understatement.
The feeling of winning for Bruce comes especially from seeing his clients fulfilled and happy and that he had a part of it.
His ultimate win though will always be his family, and to Bruce, nothing is more important!
